Today, when we were in the arcades, the culmination of the poor service, the all but the worst Italian food I've ever tasted, and the football stadium-like ambience has been playing. It started when my girlfriend falsely wanted to order a meal at the counter, which we wanted to eat there. And already we were treated as if we had called "bomb" at the airport. We were asked to sit down, which almost sounded like a threat. Then, luckily, a very friendly waiter came, but made a relatively confused impression. When my friend was still studying the card, the waiter came and asked what we wanted to eat. My girlfriend was not fast enough and said that she wants a coke first. The waiter turned to me frantically and I said that I also wanted a coke and he suddenly ran away and ordered 2 coke at the counter. I could laugh about that, but then what followed what the most miserable performance I ever experienced in a restaurant. I got a nearly cold pizza Magherita and my girlfriend Spaghetti Carbonara. My girlfriend was very happy with her pasta, but I was about to take the pizza plate, throw the pizza myself in the garbage in the shopping arcade and go. No oregano, no nothing. Parmesan is available only on request. But at least the dried-up piece of bread, on which I almost broke off a tooth, you got immediately. Conclusion: No matter how long a shopping day was in the arcades and no matter how hungry I am: I will definitely avoid this store and prefer to go to a real Italian, because I attach great importance to hospitality and good food.

Very bad service, today I was with my 8 year old daughter and wanted to drink a latte. My daughter was still playing. Then I would be referred to the place, with the statement: "Only a little drink is not here, I would have to eat something, it would finally be lunch time." 13:30 clock it is the way. Unseen something like that. I have not been kicked out of my life because I wanted to drink something. And this "restaurant" is in a shopping center, ashamed of itself. Customer unfriendly high ten.
